Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D)

PharmD Admission Procedure

Eligibility Criteria:

F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) with at least 60% marks.

Age limit: 23 years (relax-able in exceptional cases).

How to Apply:

1. Admission Announcement: Check the university website or newspaper ads for Pharm.D. admission openings.

2. Application Submission: Submit the prescribed form with the following documents:.

I) SSC & HSSC certificates

II) Domicile & CNIC/Form B

III) 4 passport-size photos

IV) Character certificate

V) Migration certificate (within 15 days of admission)

VI) Signed affidavit (format provided with form)

Merit & Selection:
1. Admissions are granted strictly on merit.
2. Shortlisted candidates will appear before the departmental Admission Committee for interview.
3. Final selection is subject to verification of original documents
Important Notes:
1. Candidates must confirm admission by depositing university dues within the given deadline.
2. Seats not confirmed within the deadline will be allotted to waiting list candidates.
3. All admissions are provisional until document verification is complete.
4. Dual enrollment in another university program is not allowed.
